摘要: Abstract We define the relative importance of any pair criteria as substitution rate between gains and losses alternatives when we move along an indifference curve. Under geometric-mean aggregation rule in Multiplicative AHP under arithmetic-mean SMART, (not marginal) depends neither on performance remaining nor units measurement. Hence, it provides a sound argument for distributed decision-making processes where those who judge are not same actors assess alternatives. The definition has plausible basis psycho-physical research relationship physical stimuli sensory responses, which shows that human beings sensitive, to marginal but changes stimulus intensities.
