摘要: This study of 139 K-12 Milwaukee public schools examines the effect building condition on student test scores compared to other influences such as family background, socioeconomic status, race/ethnicity, attendance, and discipline. The analyzed performance Wisconsin Student Assessment System Mathematics, Science, Language, Social Studies tests fourth, eighth, tenth grades each school in 1996, 1997, 1998. Results show that success is significantly related facility condition. Facility was found be a stronger predictor academic achievement than many background factors conditions.
