摘要: The aim of the study was to assess effects exposure low doses cadmium dissolved in drinking water (at a concentration 200 times higher than maximum permissible dose) on selected parameters carbohydrate metabolism 20 Wistar rats. Animals were divided into two groups – control and experimental exposed chloride μM water. We studied biochemical parameters, as glucose, hemoglobin, glycated lactate dehydrogenase amylase blood Glucose, hemoglobin levels increased, no changed rats cadmium. Good indicators chronic intoxication by are elevated mainly blood. evaluation results should be taken account not only data at end experiment but for entire duration trials (i.e., more time steps), which largely make objective.
