摘要: The concentrations of selenium (Se), cadmium (Cd) and diazinon (DZN) in selected tissues rats after an oral administration various combinations were analyzed. Male orally dosed with (40 mg.L-1), mg.L-1) +selenium (5 +cadmium (30 drinking water. After 90 days per compounds, the samples liver, kidney, muscle tissue (m. quadriceps femoris), adipose collected. content DZN was analyzed using Gas Chromatography - Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS), Cd Electrothermal Atomic Absorption (ETAAS) Se a Hydride Generation (HG-AAS) methods. Cadmium significantly increased liver kidney +Cd +Se administration. +Se, exposed rats, +Cd, group. Highest found DZN, but not combined exposure Se. Anyway, differences between control experimental groups significant. results indicate that accumulate mainly also p.o. increases signifcant. co-administration diazinon, affects these compounds organism accumulation rate depends on combination administered compounds. Diazinon could contribute to redistribution peroral intake.
