摘要: Various specialty lipids are commercially available and used in nursery pig diets but may have fatty acid profiles FFA content that affect their caloric value. In each of 2 experiments, 54 barrows (28 d age) were fed a common diet for 7 d, allotted to dietary treatments, respective experimental an additional 17 followed by 4-d total fecal urine collection period determine DE, ME, ether extract (EE) digestibility various lipid products or lipid-lecithin combinations. Exp. 1, 5 sources evaluated. Small differences DE apparent total-tract EE observed among these products, with the product containing high derived from animal fat having greatest (P < 0.05). 2, refined soybean oil (SO) SO (SO-FFA) without de-oiled soybean-based lecithin (LEC). There was interaction between source where LEC decreased as percentage GE, ME when included SO-FFA, not added 0.01). When no added, there difference energy SO-FFA SO. conclusion, evaluated poorly digested, addition did improve digestibility, presence negatively digestibility.
