摘要: Abstract We have successfully synthesized and characterized a donor-bridge-acceptor type conjugated molecule. The absorption photoluminescence spectra of NO2-benzylidenemalononitrile (NO2-BMN) thin films been investigated. NO2-BMN film shows an emission in the visible range, which makes it possible for optoelectronic application. optical band gap was obtained by Tauc method from to be equal 2.2eV. However electrochemical calculated cyclic voltammetry is 2.42 eV. Electrical properties ITO/NO2-BMN/Al structure investigated I-V characteristics. Diode parameters, such as barrier height ϕb ideality factor n were calculated. conduction governed space-charge-limited current (SCLC) mechanism. effective hole mobility comparable that C60 2,7-distyrylcarbazole new molecule (≈10−5 cm2/V). results materials promising applicable various applications.
