摘要: This study demonstrates that focused US treatment serves a noninvasive method for the targeted delivery of 1,3-bis (2-chloroethyl)-1-nitrosourea through blood-brain barrier so chemotherapeutic drug dosage can be increased specifically in tumor region, significantly suppressing growth and prolonging animal survival.
