摘要: The role of operation for patients with recurrent diffuse low-grade glioma (DLGG) is controversial. A few studies compared the effectiveness between surgery and other treatments those patients. We did a systematic review effects reoperation DLGG. searched following databases from 1990 to 2018: Medline, Cochrane Library, Scopus Opengrey, including researches about DLGG, regardless comparison study design. Newcastle-Ottawa scale (NOS) was used quality assessment. Ten 358 participants met criteria. Due lack survival data non-operated group, we failed analyze effect reoperation. risk bias included acceptable except comparability. However, found 48.4 % (155/320) underwent gross resection safety acceptable. About 1/3 received adjuvant therapy 41.9 (125/298) got histologically progressed. In word, reported DLGG Most were young adults half them experienced histological progress. But there are still lot shortages existing more on efficacy in needed.
