摘要: A liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometric assay for the determination of antiretroviral nucleoside emtricitabine in human plasma was developed and validated using a simple sample pre-treatment procedure. After addition 5'-deoxy-5-fluorocytidine as internal standard protein precipitation with acetonitrile, supernatant directly injected isocratic chromatographic system polar embedded reversed-phase column formic acid water-methanol eluent.
