摘要: Globally, avian influenza (AI) is a serious problem in poultry farming. Despite vaccination, the prevalence of AI Mexico highlights need for new approaches to control and reduce economic losses associated with its occurrence susceptible birds. Recombinant proteins from virus (AIV) have been expressed different organisms, such as plants. The present study investigated feasibility designing expressing HA protein AIV transplastomic microalga Chlamydomonas reinhardtii novel approach taking advantage culture conditions, reproductive range, safe use consideration generally regarded food ingredient regulatory classification. results showed that C. presents antigenic activity by western blot test through application chickens, demonstrating recombinant antigen against AIV.
