A Collaboration Between Researchers and Practitioners to Improve Care for Co-Occurring Mental Health Disorders in Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment

摘要: Clients in substance abuse treatment often have co-occurring mental health disorders; however, providers may lack training and resources to provide for the needs of clients. To address gap effective service provision clients with disorders programs, a research organization collaborated conduct community-based intervention trial. By detailing our collaborative process lessons learned surrounding design evaluation an improve care disorders, intention is facilitate efforts other researchers providers.
