摘要: Abstract : Anthrax is a fatal infection of humans and livestock that caused by the gram-positive bacterium Bacillus anthracis. The virulent strains B. anthracis are encapsulated toxigenic. In this paper we describe development PCR technique for identifying spores Two 20- mer oligonucleotide primers specific capB region 60-MDa plasmid pXO2 were used amplification. amplification products detected using biotin- fluorescein-labeled probes in novel dual-probe hybridization format. Using combination hybridization, two copies bacterial genome. Because assay could detect minimum 100 unprocessed per mixture, attempted to facilitate release DNA comparing effect limited spore germination with mechanical disruption prior methods equally effective allowed us identify signal mixtures
