摘要: In power system studies, congestion in transmission lines and utilization of flexible alternating current (FACTS) devices are closely associated. It is be noted that the generation companies can exercise market which depends on line flows, constraints, generators’ location its share individual loads. This issue cannot overlooked as it creates monopoliness against deregulated policy.
