摘要: Abstract Kinetic measurements of nitrobenzene (RNO2) electroreduction to phenylhydroxylamine in aqueous solutions pH ranging from 2 12 were carried out with the polarographic technique under different experimental conditions. In particular, concentrations non-specifically and specifically adsorbed supporting electrolytes employed change potential φd at outer Helmholtz plane and/or charge density qi inner Helm-holtz plane. The effects these changes are amenable a straightforward interpretation provided overall electrode process is assumed be controlled by electron-transfer step R N O H → + e − (step a) for b) 6 c) pH>11, both parallel steps (b) (c) 9
