摘要: The attachment to the surface of ameba (Chaos chaos L. (Pelomyxa carolinensis, Wilson)) two proteins, ribonuclease and ferritin, colloidal suspensions, thorium dioxide gold, was studied in electron microscope. initial step pinocytosis ferritin particles by amebas is shown be these substances "hairlike" extensions plasmalemma. Ribonuclease caused alterations structure plasmalemma, but on account its relative lack density, it could not definitely localized. Colloidal gold did appear active with respect amebas. Since molecules solution suspension are taken up same mechanism, first which their cell surface, suggested that a single mechanism underlies phagocytosis, pinocytosis, ropheocytosis, cytopempsis, potocytosis.
