摘要: The lower release of hFABP and CK-MB in the off-pump CABG group indicates that on-pump with cardioplegic arrest causes more myocardial damage than does CABG. Heart-type fatty-acid–binding protein is a rapid marker perioperative damage, peaks earlier CK-MB, may predict requirement for intensive monitoring postoperative infarction.
