摘要: Two tilted triclinic phases were found via synchrotron x-ray diffractions in the mixed-phase regions of highly strained BiFeO${}_{3}$ films. First-principles calculations suggest that these two originate from a phase separation single monoclinic state accompanied by elastic matching between phase-separated states and further ease transition energetically close is responsible for large piezoelectric responses observed Zhang et al., Nat.
