摘要: Abstract A technique is described for preparing skeletal muscle in vivo study of its microcirculatory bed. Rat spinotrapezius a thin, superficial back which can be easily transilluminated and positioned under the microscope, quite suitable vessel dynamics vascular responsiveness to drugs other vasoactive agents.
