摘要: The aim of this work was to use sol-gel processing develop bioactive materials serve as scaffolds for tissue engineering that will allow the incorporation and release proteins stimulate cell function growth. We obtained organofunctionalized silica with large content amine mercaptan groups (up 25%). developed method can delivery at a controlled rate. also produced foams binary SiO(2)-CaO ternary SiO(2)-CaO-P(2)O(5) compositions. In order enhance peptide-material surface properties, were modified groups. These exhibit highly interconnected macroporous network high area. textural features together organic functionally may enable them be used soft tissue.
