EnglishNew mammal material from the Campano-Maastrichtian locality of Lano, Spanish Basque Country documents two new zhelestid eutherian species referred to genus Lainodon. This enlightens upper molar pattern European zhelestids and confirms their originality homogeneity. The are included in subfamily Lainodontinae, which is distinct characterized by a mosaic primitive specialized features. Lainodontinae clade adds other endemic vertebrate taxa (among multituberculates, flightless birds, dinosaurs, turtles) that typify Late Cretaceous fauna Archipelago. Lano provides further evidence modest but significant lainodontine radiation known five or six belonging three genera (Lainodon, Labes, ? Valentinella), currently restricted western Europe, i.e. Ibero-Armorican Island. plesiomorph features (lower trigonid poorly compressed, without lingual cingulum) recall earliest zhelestids, suggest an Asian origin Sheikhdzheilia-like stem lineage at beginning Cretaceous. dispersal event Asia probably involved taxa, such as multituberculate group kogaionid mammals hadrosaurid dinosaurs. represents most diverse dominant taxon fauna, eutherian-dominated, contrast eastern dominated original time exclusive multituberculates. francaisNous decrivons un nouveau materiel de mammiferes du Cretace superieur (Campano-Maastrichtien) la localite europeenne Pays espagnol, dont deux nouvelles especes "zhelestides" rapportees au genre Ce illustre pour premiere fois structure des molaires superieures europeens.
