摘要: The multireceptor multiligand system of neuropeptide Y receptors and their ligands is involved in the regulation a multitude physiological pathophysiological processes. Specific expression patterns, ligand-binding modes, signaling properties contribute to complex network regulating distinct cellular responses. Intracellular trafficking processes are important key steps that regulated context with accessory proteins. These proteins exert influence by interacting directly or indirectly receptors, causing modification operating as scaffolds for assembly larger complexes. On intracellular receptor faces, sequence-specific motifs have been identified play an role this process. Interestingly, it also possible internalization peptide ligand.
