摘要: Acute dissection of the ascending aorta creates a sudden, extremely tenuous condition rapidly fatal consequence, unless treated by prompt surgical repair.1–6 In collective review 963 patients with aortic who did not receive treatment, mortality rate at one day was 37% and week 70%; 86% deaths were due to rupture.7 Aortic occurs when tear within intimal lining allows circulating blood be pumped directly into wall, separating outer media adventitia from inner intima. A false channel is thereby created extending for various distances proximal distal original tear, which may lead rupture, major branch vessel obstruction ischemia, or valve regurgitation. Surgical intervention can prevent rupture reverse organ extremity ischemia insufficiency, but must performed promptly before these complications occur their effects become irreversible. Thus, in addition therapy, rapid efficient diagnosis acute also critical importance.
