摘要: Since the discovery that genes are split into intron and exons, studies of mechanisms involved in splicing pointed to presence consensus signals an attempt generalize process for all living cells. However, as discussed present review, is a theme full variations. The trans-splicing pre-mRNAs, joining exons from distinct transcripts, one these variations with broad distribution phylogenetic tree. biological meaning this phenomenon encompassing reactions resembling possible noise gene expression regulation. All them however, can contribute generation life diversity.
