摘要: Objective To study pregnancy outcomes and fetal renal prognosis markers in cases of exposure to renin–angiotensin system blockers. Methods We conducted a retrospective series 21 patients exposed blockers the during pregnancy. Two were prenatally studied, serum β2-microglobulin amniotic fluid volume. Poor evaluation was based on postnatal glomerular filtration rate or presence histologic lesions. Results Of fetuses, only one had normal function at birth (oligohydramnios regression β2-microglobulin). All fetuses with persistent oligohydramnios ≥5 mg/L presented an adverse outcome. Conclusion Exposure complicated by is associated very poor outcome. We propose prenatal management volume monitoring β2-microglobulin. However, our preliminary results have be confirmed larger study. © 2012 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
