摘要: Sir, Demodex mites are common ectoparasites of human skin (1). Two species, folliculorum and the smaller D. brevis, inhabit pilosebaceous unit found in individuals all ages except neonates. They almost every area but show a predilection for face, especially nose nasolabial folds. Cases which demodicidosis developed on other sites than face were associated with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) (2), diabetes mellitus, chronic liver disease (3), or mycosis fungoides (4). This is report an otherwise healthy patient affected unilateral eczema-like nipple.
