摘要: The production of recombinant proteins in the milk transgenic animals has attracted significant interest last decade, as a valuable alternative for that cannot be or are inefficiently produced using conventional systems based on microorganisms animal cells. Several pharmaceutical and biomedical have been successfully expressed high quantities (g/l) animals. However, this productivity may associated with compromised mammary physiology resulting, among other things, from extraordinary demand placed secretory In study we evaluated lactation performance herd 50 goats expressing human butyryl-cholinesterase (rBChE) milk. Our findings indicate expression levels rBChE (range 1–5 g/l) these at expense an impaired performance. key features characterizing performances were decreased production, reduced fat content which was apparent disruption lipid mechanism epithelium level, highly increased presence leukocytes is not infection. Despite having performance, amount per goat represents several orders magnitude more than present blood hundreds donors, only available source biodefense applications. As result, development constitutes another successful example application technology.
