摘要: Besides cell-bound adhesion molecules, which are of fundamental importance to a large number physiological and pathological processes, soluble forms molecules have been detected in the circulating blood recent years. Circulating appear be biologically active, raised levels reported variety disorders. In present study, we used ELISA measure serum four 23 undialyzed patients with chronic renal failure (CRF), 13 on continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD), 17 hemodialysis (HD) 18 healthy controls having similar mean distribution ages. The investigated (s) included intercellular molecule 1 (sICAM-1), vascular cell (sVCAM-1), sE-selectin sP-selectin. sICAM-1 was found elevated CRF (p < 0.05), CAPD 0.02) HD 0.0001) compared but did not differ between three patient groups. higher sVCAM-1 values 0.02), 0.05) as again failed differentiate groups patients. Soluble E-selectin also no difference them. Increased sP-selectin controls, were significantly than Predialysis treated cuprophan or polyacrylonitrile dialyzers. sessions both dialyzers had effect sICAM-1, while decrease after cuprophan. CRF, regression analysis showed strong linear correlation creatinine each molecule. These results demonstrate that ICAM-1, VCAM-1, P-selectin HD. these proteins probably reflect inadequate clearance well enhanced synthesis/release.
