摘要: Immobilized living and growing cells are attracting worldwide attention because these biocatalysts have self-proliferating self-regenerating properties of catalytic systems able to catalyze efficiently multifunctional multistep reactions involving coenzyme regeneration. This article summarizes the application microbial, plant, mammalian cells, genetically improved or not, immobilized by different methods production ammo acids, organic antibiotics, steroids, medicines, enzymes, bioactive peptides, etc., emphasizing recent results. Effects gel on efficient performance bioprocesses also discussed.
