摘要: Objectives This study is a meta-analysis of prospective cohort studies comparing the impact cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) for patients in atrial fibrillation (AF) and sinus rhythm (SR). Background Although close to one-third advanced heart failure exhibit AF, CRT this group remains unclear. Methods Prospective normal SR chronic AF treated with were included. All reported death, New York Heart Association functional class, ejection fraction, 6-min walk test, Minnesota score or its equivalent as outcomes. Data sources included Ovid MEDLINE In-Process & Other Non-Indexed Citations, Cochrane Central Register Controlled Trials, Database Abstracts Reviews Effects, American College Physicians Journal Club. Results Of 2,487 reports identified, 5 following total 1,164 Both benefited significantly from CRT. Mortality was not different at 1 year (relative risk ratio: 1.57, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 0.87 2.81). The class improved similarly both groups (−0.90 patients, −0.84 patients). showed greater relative improvement test (11.6 m greater, CI: 10.4 12.8 m) (3.9 points less, 3.4 4.5 points) than patients. however, achieved small but statistically significant change fraction (0.39% 0.22% 0.55%). Conclusions Patients show after CRT, similar smaller benefits regard
