摘要: Collection efficacy and in vitro embryo developmental ability of oocytes obtained from Duroc-breed ovary donors at different stages the estrous cycle (days 6, 12 16 after estrus) were performed. The numbers collected did not differ significantly among groups (total 72-90 per gilt). However, blastocyst rates on days (9.2% 19.4%, respectively) higher than those day 6 (1.1%). More small follicles (<2 mm diameter; 85.3 gilt) medium-sized (≥2-<6 mm) large (≥6 mm) (17.5 12.8 oocytes, respectively). both follicle (20.0% 19.2%, that group (6.3%). cell (39.4 43.3 cells, (30.6 cells). results suggest oocyte collection cycling Duroc pigs can be carried out efficiently late luteal to follicular stage. Those show better development.
