摘要: Abstract Follicular oocytes collected from prepubertal gilts at a local slaughterhouse were matured for 36 hours in mTLP-PVA medium with pig follicular fluid (pFF) fraction and cysteine, fertilized (mTALP-PVA) vitro. After 12 of insemination, total 78% ( 14 18 ) the was vitro normal fertilization rate 43% 6 ). Of 356 embryos developed (mKRB) vitro, 84 (24%) cleaved to 2- 4-cell stage by after insemination. embryos, 75 subsequently transferred into oviducts recipient gilt. The farrowed 3 healthy piglets 117 days embryo transfer. results indicate that derived pFF cysteine can develop term.
