摘要: In the present study, we tested hypothesis that expression of calcium binding proteins (CaBPs), parvalbumin (PV), calretinin (CR) and calbindin (CB), is dependent upon sensory experience as emphasized in visual deprivation deafferentation studies. The CaBPs was studied interneurons within primary extrastriate cortices (V1, V2M, V2L) auditory cortex (AC) adult hamsters enucleated at birth. effects enucleation were mainly confined to area V1 where there a significant volume reduction (26%) changes laminar distribution PV CB immunoreactive (IR) cells. density PV-IR cell bodies significantly increased layer IV reduced V. Moreover, CB-IR neurons inferior V (EH) compared controls. These results suggest some features specific CaBPs, cortices, are or modulated by input.
