摘要: The distribution and abundance patterns of the caprellids (Crustacea: Amphipoda) associated with alga Stypocaulon scoparium (L.) Kutzing were studied on a spatial scale along Iberian Peninsula. Fourteen stations five environmental factors considered (seawater temperature, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, turbidity pH). Atlantic coast was characterized by lower temperature conductivity as well higher values oxygen than Mediterranean coast, probably swell. Cover S. in Strait Gibraltar remaining stations, coinciding maximum number caprellid species Shannon diversity, while abundances Mediterranean. Caprella acanthifera C. liparotensis dominant at Gibraltar, penantis danilevskii restricted to grandimana hirsuta very abundant all stations; Deutella schieckei, discrepans, Phtisica marina Pseudoprotella phasma, only found some sites. Multivariate analysis showed that species, such penantis, significantly correlated concentrations, other P. D. schieckei turbidity. Number algae from Atlantic, due optimal morphological structure this seaweed for cling.
