摘要: A smart laser having automatic computer control of pulse energy, wavelength and bandwidth using feedback signals from a wavemeter. Pulse energy is controlled by controlling discharge voltage, the position an R MAX mirror in line narrowing module controller adjusting curvature grating module. Preferred embodiments include horizontal vertical beam profile adjustment prism plate on which expander prisms are located tilt.
