摘要: All-night spectral analysis of the sleep EEG was used to study effect and after-effect a single bedtime dose flunitrazepam (2 mg), flurazepam (30 mg) or triazolam (0.5 in healthy young males. In night drug treatment all 3 hypnotics reduced slow waves enhanced activity frequency range spindles. subsequent drug-free night, latter changes were no longer present after triazolam, whereas reduction wave persisted compounds.
