Water-vapor effect on the electrical conductivity of a single-walled carbon nanotube mat

摘要: In this paper we report the influence of water vapor on electrical resistance a single-walled carbon nanotube mat (SWNTm). Our results show that sample exhibits crossover from decreasing to increasing conductance versus concentration in surrounding atmosphere. We suggest molecules act as donor doping SWNTm which has p-type semiconductor character outgassed state. The time dependence after exposition humid atmosphere is explained an abnormal diffusion phenomenon.
