摘要: A mixed-model assembly U-line is a flexible production system capable of manufacturing variety similar models, and it has become popular as an important component the just-in-time system. However, poses new challenges for optimal design lines because both task assignment sequence affect workload variance among workstations. As consequence, this paper addresses line balancing problem model sequencing jointly proposes 0–1 stochastic programming model. In model, times are assumed to be variables independently distributed with normal distributions objective minimise expectation work overload time given combination cycle number To solve problem, simulated annealing-based algorithm developed, which can also used absolute deviation workloads in deterministic environment. The experimental results set benc...
