摘要: We describe the use of bioactive peptides to drive liposomal drugs on target receptors overexpressed in cancer cells. A detailed description for several targeting liposomes derivatized with different and thus able relevant therapy is reported. Even if development peptide-targeted represents a great advance therapy, many critical issues are still unsolved these innovative drug delivery systems. Advantages drawbacks peptide-mediated active discussed.
