摘要: Abstract Repetitive DNA elements are ubiquitous constituents of eukaryotic genomes. The biological roles these repetitive elements, supposed to impact genome organization and evolution, not completely elucidated yet. availability whole sequence offers the opportunity draw a picture genome-wide distribution provide insights into potential mechanisms plasticity. present study uses in silico approaches describe tandem repeats transposable button mushroom, Agaricus bisporus . Transposable comprised 12.43% assembled genome, 66% them were found clustered centromeric or telomeric regions. Methylation retrotransposon has been demonstrated. A total 1996 mini-, 4062 micro-, 37 satellites motifs identified. microsatellites appeared widely evenly spread over sequence, whereas minisatellites randomly distributed. Indeed, be associated with clusters. Telomeres exhibited specific T n AG signature. comparison between two available sequences A. was also performed sheds light on genetic divergence varieties. Beyond their role structure, virtually endless source molecular markers useful for studies this cultivated species.
