摘要: DNA sequence analysis of the activated oncogene from T24 human bladder carcinoma line and two alleles its normal cellular progenitor (c-Ha-ras-1) indicates that genes encompass at least four exons, only a single point mutation residing within first exon distinguishes coding region both gene their counterpart. Both versions o f encode protein which is predicted to differ corresponding viral product three amino acid residues, one was previously shown represent major site phosphorylation polypeptide.
