摘要: AbstractSilver nanoparticles (AgNPs), which have well-known antimicrobial properties, are extensively used in various medical and general applications. Despite the widespread use of AgNPs, relatively few studies been undertaken to determine toxicity effects AgNPs exposure. The aim present work was study how interact with four different human cell lines (hepatoma, leukemia, dermal pulmonary fibroblast) order understand impact such nanomaterials on cellular biological functions. For evaluations, mitochondrial function (MTT assay) membrane leakage lactate dehydrogenase (LDH were assessed under control exposed conditions (24, 48 72 h exposure).
