摘要: Qualified radical gastrectomy with lymph node dissection is very important to the prognosis of patients gastric cancer. Now D2 standard procedure for cancer surgery, and spleen hilar mandatory in upper body. Because anatomy vessels this area complicated, technical challenging not only open but also laparoscopic one. Adapting a new technique all surgeons, we surgeons should always consider patient’s safety as most factor during surgery that efforts be based on scientific rationale oncologic principles.
