摘要: The phase resetting of the circadian oscillatory system by pulses increased temperature (zeitgebers) and compensation its period length during longer exposures are major features system, but not well understood in molecular terms. In Neurospora crassa, effects on rhythm conidiation were determined possible inputs to tested, including changes cyclic 3',5'-adenosine monophosphate (cAMP), inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate H+ concentrations, as phosphorylation, synthesis degradation proteins. Following kinetics these parameters exposure showed transient changes. Experimental manipulation cAMP, Ca2+ levels, and, possibly, proteins, resulted shifts system. It is assumed that signal affects oscillator(s) multiple pathways whole state Second messenger protein show adaptation elevated which may be involved length. also proposed involve a shift all or most oscillator variables.
