摘要: “Two-site” sandwich-type assays, exemplified by immunoradiometric assays (IRMA), have been developed originally with a solid-phase capture antibody and radiolabeled antibody, each of which recognizes different antigenic determinant the analyte (Miles Hayes, 1968). Since this technique is based on an excess reagent system, it offers several potential advantages over conventional competitive radioimmunoassay methods in terms speed, sensitivity, precision, range standard curve.
