摘要: Abstract A mixture of monoclonal antibodies against human chorionic gonadotrophin (HCG) from 2 different clones was used to develop a homogeneous sol particle immunoassay (SPIA) for HCG, with high discrimination luteinizing hormone (LH). The optimization this assay is described. work resulted in spectrophotometric and visual reading version. In an evaluation the tests 348 urines pregnant women, 530 non-pregnant women fertile age 100 post-menopausal screening test 100% correct groups 99.8% group age. This required incubation period 1 h detected 280 IU/1 HCG. eye able detect about 450 showed results 99.1% women. both versions HCG concentrations up 200,000 did not result false negative reactions. Urines added 1000 LH, gave results.
