摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter focuses on advances in simple immunoassays for decentralized testing. It presents the way tests are constructed to meet changing needs of modern health care. Quantitative were originally with radioisotopic labeling. Such radioisotopes have many analytically desirable characteristics, including high specific activity and low “environmental” background, they can be detected a very selective manner. There potential clinical areas application measuring analytes using immunoassays. Some key issues relate degree urgency results, requirements privacy convenience results terms time financial cost. Two examples developments particle-base discussed. A novel latex agglutination assay is described colored particles.
