摘要: Intravenous calcitriol normalizes insulin sensitivity in uremic patients. Recent studies suggest that secondary hyperparathyroidism and/or vitamin D deficiency are responsible for the resistance chronic renal failure. We investigated effect of a 12-week intravenous treatment with 1,25 dihydroxycholecalciferol on glucose metabolism 10 hemodialysis patients compared healthy control subjects by frequently-sampled tolerance test, analyzed minimal model technique. Compared to subjects, featured elevated levels parathyroid hormone (432 ± 60 vs. 41 4 ng/liter, P I : 4.9 0.8 9.5 0.9 MIN -1 /(µ/m1), , 9.6 2.2, per se or reducing hyperparathyroidism.
