摘要: Neuron-derived neuregulins have been implicated in the regulation of glial cell function and survival. This factor family its receptors may therefore be assumed to importance for cellular response traumatic injury. In this study we examined distribution mRNA neuregulin 1 (NRG1), ErbB3 ErbB4-receptor tyrosine kinases after a ventral funiculus lesion lumbar spinal cord (VFL). The techniques used were situ hybridization immunohistochemistry. survival times 1–21 days. cords from normal adult embryonic rats as controls. For comparison, sections olfactory bulb perinatal also included study. Expression NRG1 was observed motoneurons intact cord. A decrease labeling seen during first 5 days VFL but then became slightly upregulated at 3 weeks lesion. high signal ErbB3-mRNA dorsal roots E16 E18 embryos. Labeling strong affected root VFL, reached maximum week still weeks. Increased noted scattered cells scar tissue 1–3 VFL. These findings verified with immunohistochemistry ErbB3. nerve fiber layer bundles all ages examined.
