摘要: Primary cultures of neonatal murine brain have been reported to express multiple receptors that regulate adenylate cyclase activity. Since for the most part these results were obtained with mixed cell cultures, it has difficult define receptor profiles specific types. With this concern in mind a series studies initiated designed identify present on highly purified, immunocytochemically defined astroglia derived from cerebral cortices rats. In study capacity variety peptide hormones cyclic AMP metabolism cells was examined. Fibroblasts meninges represent predictable source contamination primary CNS culture. Thus, assign more clearly astroglial population, receptor-mediated regulation accumulation also examined fibroblasts. Cyclic stimulated by catecholamines (acting at beta 1-adrenergic receptors), prostaglandin E1, vasoactive intestinal polypeptide, alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone, and adrenocorticotropin. Bombesin, luteinizing hormone-releasing neurotensin, thyrotropin-releasing somatostatin, secretin, vasopressin did not significantly increase levels cultures. Catecholamines, acting alpha 2-adrenergic receptors, somatostatin inhibited agonist-stimulated accumulation. meningeal 2- receptors) E1 regulated levels. However, stimulate inhibit cells.
