摘要: To model pedestrians’ mobility in GIS, the traditional approach used to transport networks based upon streets centre-lines must be improved. Nowadays, a new level of network detail is needed, representing accurately real objects for pedestrians (and their attributes) instead ones vehicles. This leads world possibilities and applications barely explored. paper analyses existing need pedestrian scarcity its availability. The effects using street studying and/or analyzing mobility, as it commonly done date, are also discussed. solve this problem, method automatically derive geo-data proposed. inputs (streets building blocks) outputs presented critically analyzed.
